It really does depend on your goals and then finding the right instructor. Attitude is very important in your self-defense goals. I recommend you learn the local laws before you consider any lethal action. Even a good hit could be enough to scare away an attacker but really need to consider your goals first.

Sounds like the real-life story of Melissa Dettwiller, who did porn as "Trish Wells" before she took up bodybuilding.

I discovered this week who Aria Noir was. She's not at a bodybuilder level, but she's definitely fit. I think I like her story better as an inspiration for the 'ex-porn star becoming a bodybuilder' story.

Did anybody read about the latest spat between Carrie Prejean and the Miss California pageant officials? They loaned her money to get her breasts worked on? And she's complaining about how they're making it public? I agree that the pageant can make it public if they want. But is it even ethically right to get cosmetic work done on their pageant winners? Where's the realism in the beauty if the pageant works on its chosen winners?
