Going on a tangent here:

Recently there have been new articles on celebrities who've suffered diet and exercise problems. Julianne Moore (The Forgotten, The Hours) has stopped going to the gym as much to spend more time with her friends. Natasha Henstridge has reportedly confessed to taking diet pills for her weight obsession.

I'm hoping experts in the field can give their advice on how to handle these problems without putting down the benefits of exercise.

I just want to mention this cheerleader who's also a pole vaulter. Her name is is Kat Majester of the Clemson team. Although she isn't as buff as we'd all like it's great she ventures into other sports.

The best you get nowadays is the Cowboy Cheerleader tryouts. I mean there's not even figure contests on. What's the deal?

I saw pics of the recent Cowboy Cheerleader tryouts. There were no bodybuilders, but there was one brunette with great abs. That's a good step forward.

I'm back to my drawing habits. Here's a recent sketch I did. I need to re-learn anatomy and inking.

But I do plan to finally do comparative figure sketches of She-Hulk, Wonder Woman, Shadowcat, and Caitlin Fairchild.
