I'm not aware of a story where the reader is oblivious.
There are precious few stories where the heroine is oblivious to her own growth. The only example of the latter is Noble Sword's 1999 story — "Time Machine". It is at "The Overflowing Bra". The primary male character goes back in time to change his girlfriend (primarily BE) and accidentally changes at least one other female character. Both woman are oblivious to the changes.Tschuss!
