    I have all but completely lost interest in DC, and no longer really consider myself a fan.

    This movie was your breaking point? There must have been other DC stories that pissed you off. No?

    I quit reading DC comics, mostly, because of utter disgust at Brian Azzarello’s Wonder Woman. It’s like watching somebody pull the wings off a butterfly. Very, very slowly. The tone and mood of the current DC universe is more like Civil War era Marvel, and I quit reading Marvel at that time as well, and have only just started reading them again.

    About the only good thing that I can say about JL:War is that it’s better than Flashpoint Paradox. The characters are weird and dumbed down parodies of their former selves, but Flashpoint Paradox will shrink your soul with its ugliness.

    Wonder Woman in particular seems particularly unintelligent, though she does get to slay dozens of identical parademons. The big bad is Darkseid, who here is written as being more or less the same as Doomsday with less brains.

    The Trapped in Time is a far better story, with a much cooler villain, but the Justice League doesn’t really do all that much in it.

    I have all but completely lost interest in DC, and no longer really consider myself a fan.
