    there is no full body shot,you cant tell how tall she really is without getting a good look at the overall picture

    when i saw the title of the thread my heart skipped a beat,thinking its going to mix what i truly love (female muscle) with one of the biggest Mass Murderer the world has ever seen.
    i really think this community needs to ban hallarch out,there is no place for this.

    i just saw the movie Trick 'r Treat,its a light fright flick about Halloween,found it to be a good movie 🙂 any way ! Tatiana Anderson is showing there for a brief moment as a Lady Barbarian 🙂 worth a look,and ofc i recommend to watch the movie anyway 🙂

    just want to state that in the movie,in the last fight she gets a couple of well placed shots to the guys kidney,now im no expert but i know one thing,you hit someone a few hard times in that place and the person would be pissing blood later on,so i agree that if the woman position herself right,as a very skilled fighter and get the soft spots hurting that she SHOULD win the bout.

    body weight training are super ! get a pull up bar,do push ups (no idea why you need to strive to 100 it sounds kinda silly to me),its always nice that you can do this things almost anywhere at any time (even in the bus stop if your not shy haha).
    also i recommend lounges,tricep dips (can use a chair,as you probebly know) and body weight only proper squats (the whole foot is on the floor as you go down).

    what i do,by advice of a personal trainer,is when i do go to the gym i do first 30-40 min of weights supersetting them ! that mean almost no rest between exersizes (get advice about it before doing it),and then i hit the mill or cycle for 35 min more,when you cardio right after you done weights you basicly are burning fat of right from the start cause your body is already all pumped up.
    the resources on the internet are incerdible ! just go on such sites as bodybuilding.com
    and im sure you will find plenty of information !

    i just want to add,ass a fellow wanna-lose-weighter that you should do a diet,look at it as eating right,eating clean,eating good ! its been proven that when people are having a diet they are feeling punished for not eating the things they always crave !
    your progress is great,and i wish you the best for keeping it up !
