My review of Transformed (25$) by Thought Provoking Studios.

What I’m gonna say is my personal opinion, my sole opinion, I’m not saying that what I say is either right or a universal truth. It’s just my opinion, you’re free to ignore it, and please don’t be offended by it.

I’ve been finding myself in total agreement with Mimi’s reviews of Awefilms’ clips. Having her English knowledge, I would have written what she wrote about most of those clips. I love the way she’s keen on muscle and power display, always looking for fresh and artistic instalments in the boredom-dominated world of female muscle videos. And, just like her, I also prefer sweet and neat eroticism between girls rather than nudity and raw sex. Thus, I’ve been keeping an eye on TPS since I knew she was behind it.

As you may have already understood, saying that I’m disappointed would be an understatement.

First of all, let’s say that I’m not going to bash it because of the cheap “transformation” scene. I knew that, being this clip a live action and not an animation, the transformation would have been off camera. That was fine for me.

So what? Let’s start with the worst and most outrageous fault, the lack of value for the customer’s money. Despite the transformation “plot”, everyone knows that what the audience wants is finely shot girl on girl action. Girl on *muscle* girl action, that is. Yet, almost half of the clip’s length does not feature any buffed woman. Ten (ten!) out of twenty-four minutes are nothing more than kisses between two very chubby girls (6 minutes) and close-up shots of a creepy cocoon made of clay (about 4 minutes). Since I’m paying 1$ per minute to watch this clip, I feel rather unsatisfied to say the least.

So, can we expect something good after 10 minutes of pure deep nothingness? Of course not.
The chemistry between Kimberly Marvel and Lil Doll (or w/e she’s called) is the same one of water and olive oil: they just don’t match. There is no feeling, no passion. Actually, I didn’t know that lesbian action could be so boring. The dialogues are awesome too: once you’ve listened to Kimberly saying “you’re so perfect” four times in a row, you really feel like you want to tell her “ehy, can I buy you a thesaurus for Christmas?”.
It’s not just these women’s fault though. The cameraman doesn’t know what is sexy and what is not, he doesn’t know what to shoot, and he just keeps doing random close-ups that just don’t work. Also, I don’t see the point in the “grainy” video effect. Have we been waiting twenty years for high def clips just to plunge them in a grainy effect that makes them look like they’re low def?

Really, Mimi. Please don’t take this on a personal level, but I can’t really believe you like this clip. Do you remember when you so positively reviewed Awefilms’ “Lifts and Lust” (with Amber Deluca and Hayley McNeff) saying “I felt at times she was daring me to kiss her just by the look in her eyes”? If not, please watch it again. Because “Transformed” is nowhere near that kind of standard.

I’ve subscribed to Aleesha Young’s site to download the 3 parts of Rage.
But I have to say that I’m kind of disappointed with her site’s members content. Only a few clips and a few photos, I was expecting much more stuff. But I’ve subscribed for Rage and I can’t complain (3 files @ 700+ MB each).

Being that its a three studio production, shot probably over the course of a weekend.

As Cook has written on UM, they had to shoot all the scenes over 6 hours.

They are available. You just have to go to the individual women’s pages.

Gabrielle Hames’es page, “It Happened in Vegas” (the clip reviewed here) is missing :/

The clips reviewed one year ago are not available anymore (and I can’t figure out why, since it’s not like clips get sold out).
I would really like to be able to buy the Gabrielle/Pam’s clip…

    I reached it fine too.

Then can you please give me some advice?
What can be the reason for that error?

I know I'm 12 years late, but I'd like to add more screencaps of Renée Zellweger from Jerry McGuire (1996):

If I were to make a guess based purely on the title, I would guess it's Tigersan's work as published on the Awefilms Members Website…

I'm sorry then, I didn't know, and there's nothing about it inside the comic.

I'd like to delete the link but it seems I can't change my own posts…

Anyway, is there a sequel of this comic? As I said, I would gladly pay for it.
