This movie came out a while ago. Thanks for the heads up though.

In the graphic novel, this character, Bruno, was hinted at being a transexual
ie. a man who as a result of a sex change became a woman. However, in this
DTV, no such insinuation is made — Bruno is a bulked up woman, and the Joker’s
current girlfriend.

I don’t remember any references to Bruno having been a tranny
She had surgeries to make herself a”mutant” like fangs instead of regular teeth
&
Bruno was always a jakked up woman that believed the Joker loved her
