I like your mix of animation style and muscle- it gives your characters a very appealing look. 
Also, I like the mass and heaviness you give to your muscle gals- the way their shoulders slope under their own weight and the mass you put into the arms and upper chest really makes them look strong.

Hey- these are nice drawings.  You have good variation in limb thickenesses (to my eye this makes for an interesting strong woman drawing). 
Also your overall sense of proportion looks pretty good- head to body size, limb length, and width of torso are all okay.  The one place you are shortchanging these gals is in the length of their forearms.
My suggestions (in addition to Cowprobe's excellent list) would be to check out an anatomy book or 2 to crib from.
Now let us see these gals doing a Most Muscular or a Lat Spread!

I have looked at male bodybuilders for reference in the past- both for drawing muscular males as well as for getting details for female muscle- mostly in the arms.
But I can't remember the last time I had to do so, since, as Yatz says,you can find pictures of all levels of female muscularity online.
