ParticipantI really like that punch out drawing- it's got good action and I love the construction of the figures!
I've never figured out how to use blue pencil, but you get such good results out if it that I am interested in giving them a try.Jedediah
ParticipantI was going to post about the odd lats on her too- but Fasola has covered it-
Regarding drawing hair, I can only recommend that you draw the whole mass of hair as a big shape, then you can apply lines of hair on that as texture. Trying to draw each bit of hair leads to a confused tangle of lines.
That aside, I like the arms and legs on this piece- good powerful looking muscles without being huge. Also good job on the proportion on this piece- it looks much more accurate than your last Ms Marvel picture!

ParticipantThanks for posting stuff over here Elee! I've said it before, but I really appreciate your tireless postings on all manner things femuscular! I didn't really think the Galaxy Goddess fell under muscle art- I guess giantesses are covered over here too?
Glad to hear you guys like the High Seas stuff- I've been commissioned to colorize the last three of them. I hope to have more work from that guy in the future. None of really pertinent to this board's interests, though.
Upcoming work from me- a series of covers for a vampire slayer comic, several commissions of original characters, an amazon centered comic story for an anthology, a few more pictures of Pumpmonger's Red, and a few drawings of extreme Zebodoy-style musclewomen. Keep tuned!
And no threats against my hands! They're my livelihood!

ParticipantOh my! She's beefed up!

ParticipantThanks for pointing this out, man! I love the way he has drawn Valkyrie.

ParticipantPS: Why people are afraid saying critics? You were the only one. I need the objections. To become better…
EVERYBODY, I NEED CRITICS!
It's because we are all so nice. My nickname in school was "Nicey Dougherty".
That said, just keep the critique in mind for the next one- going back and fixing every image takes a lot of time, and leads to madness!

Participanthi folks
thanks for your interest!
i m still drawing muscular women, but for lh art… you ll see several sketches exclusively for lhart soon
for commissions, i don t really know how much to ask… does 30 usd is a lot of money? including the original sketch
i use paypal, but i don t know yet how to ask money, how to sell via this site…
can somebody help me? i only used to buy via paypal…and for the sketches that are already on this site, what about between 5 and 10 usd? i dont know…
see you soon!
ozI charge $20 USD for a 9" by 12" sketch (approximately A4) and $45 for a rendered, shaded pencil drawing. So $30 USD doesn't sound too high to me. It's about the price of a dinner for two at a cheap restaurant.
To request money by Paypal all you need in the payer's email address. Just go to 'Request Money', type in their address and the amount, and Paypal will send them an email asking for the money, and they can pay in whatever manner. Usually they take a fee of about 3% off the payment, for their services as middleman.
$5 sounds really cheap for drawings- I don't know the size of your originals or what quality they are- quality of drawing media, quality of paper, etc. I would suggest varying the price depending on the size and value of materials.
I wish you luck with your sales and over at LHArt!

ParticipantHey, man-
I like the pose and the action of the picture.
There are some anatomical things bugging me- overly small hands and feet- and one of her arms- her right one- looks kind of long or attached to her shoulder strangely.
All of these are overshadowed by the head and face though- her photographic face clashes with the cartooniness of the rest of the drawing. It sits oddly in the middle of her shoulders, like she has no neck or is hunching up.
Maybe there is some way you could use this effect and translate it more into your drawing style? Maybe trace over the photographic face, to make it more of a lineart?
That being said, I like your color and texture work here- in particular the work you have done on shading her striated pecs is nice.

ParticipantA couple of old videos have resurfaced…
Thanks for posting those! They are a real treat to see.
She was so beautifully huge, and she looks so sweet, too. -
