Yeah, they've got Pocky in China, too.  There's chocolate, milk, coffee, almond, strawberry… all sorts of flavors.  You'll probably find a box in any decent anime fanboy shop or import grocery store stateside.

Very nice bit of artwork, DCM, as always.  You'd think her walls would look a bit better decorated, though…

Made me think of a little story on the spot:

Just before I got two blocks down the street, I realized I'd left my notebook behind.  Definitely not wanting to start my little story from scratch again, I doubled back to Tetsuko's apartment, where'd I'd been tutoring her with her creative writing class. 

Before I knocked on the door, I realized it was ajar just by a hair.  I pushed it open, and spotted my book on the coffee table.  Bingo.  I strode over to pick it up.

"Mmmm…"

I glanced over.  That came from Tet-chan's bedroom.

"Mmmmmm…"

I knew it probably wasn't any of my business.  But I felt myself pulled over there all the same like a meteorite into a planet.

"Oh, so small, but so great in my mouth…"

That was my cue to get out of here.  I crept up closer anyway.

"Oh, it's just like the first time, been way too long!

I was at the door frame.  It was silent except for her voice.

"Gotta take it slow, gotta make this last…"

Before I realized it I'd had a hand on the door… which was also ajar by a hair.  Too late, I'd pushed it open, too.

Dressed in women's briefs and a stretched muscle-T cut-off draping off her bust like an awning, she looked up at me. 

Her companion was a small box of chocolate coated biscuit sticks.

All I could think of saying was, "Got any more?"
