Glad to see that you're back, and still alive and kicking!  Nice artwork, too!  Looking forward to the Upperclassmen's stories!

Sorry I'm late to the party on this one.  Anyhow…

On drugs, well I HAD done this before in my fanfic China Will Grow Larger:  I had minor bad guy Lao Zi Bom smoking "special flowers" from his General's hookah.  Later he was quite stoned.

On that toke-n, I have to concur that I do include it, but it's strictly for the bad guys. I have to jump on the "straight-edge hero/Users Are Losers" bandwagon.

Although… I had toyed with the idea of a possible story where a weaker female tries an experimental super-substance/"gear" that grants her grand strength… but ultimately she's caught in the classic struggle between keeping her new power or her soul.

Hmmm… perhaps we should put up some sort of warning label or something.  Like…

READER'S WARNING: CONTAINS PLOT, DEVELOPMENT, MORE THAN ONE ACT, AND LOTS OF MULTISYLLABIC WORDS.

    Or…

Due to the non-graphic nature of this piece, no reader discretion is advised.  In other words, everything's dandy.  So kids, get your moms and dads and some cereal and a cruller, and enjoy our story.

That oughta satisfy and alert all us no-sex-please-we're-TRULY-mature freakazoids. 😛

Tender. Endearing.  I love the theme of a larger, more powerful sweetheart who's big and strong enough in her heart and soul to step down to her love to be side by side.

Oh yeah, and it ain't exactly harsh on the eyes, either.  😉 Beautiful job.

On the issue of production, posting free for the public, and where:

I have to admit, I had (well, still have) dreams of actually letting my writing make it into a published book, a TV show, or a movie one day.  And when I started writing on the internet, it was strictly for fun.

And a confession:  when I got hooked into the big girl subgenre, started reading around, and I saw all the raw, unsavory, raunchy stuff out there, I thought to myself, "I can do better than that."  And I took it as a purpose and point to write my stuff to be entertaining, engaging… and as ready to bypass the censors and MPAA ratings folks as possible.

Because while I enjoy you guys a lot… I don't want my work to stay in the forums and our webpages forever.

And that made me think… why isn't the muscular buff female more accepted in the mainstream?  I know there's a mix of reasons, but I think a big one is that most of the stories are just erotic one-shots.

This has been clawing away at my heart for a while:  if Ms. Buff is going to be accepted in the mainstream world, it'd help if she's shown behaving acceptably.  To do stuff that you can show your kids, the neighborhood pastor, or the school English class.  You've got to get her out of the four walls of the bedroom and into that big outside world.

Otherwise… we're always going to have this little pleasure all to ourselves.  :-

Let me cast in my 2 jiao's worth.

My preference pretty much mirrors the majority here:  I tend to be charmed by the uberbabe with the high, sweet, chirpy voice.  I find the paradox most disarmingly cute, charming, and reaffirming that muscle does not mean unfeminine.

And the low, sultry voice, I suppose I could go for, if it's done right.

But my cringe moment?  What I first experienced with Joanna Thomas of Supersize She:  when you close your eyes and listen… and believe at first it's the FBB's BROTHER. O_o

*sigh* I know this dilemma isn't new.

Just let me add my comment to the pile:  while I admit I crave the praises, the hits, the comments, the dA faves and all… none of it's worth it if I have to do something I'm not comfortable doing for it.

My stuff might not be #1 on any lists, but some things are more important.  In MY book, anyway.

    Thanks kindly, Keith XZ. 🙂

Meanwhile, for folks that have to read it right now, right now, RIGHT NOW, I also put the series up in my deviantART site and my section in Brawna.org.

Thanks very much for helping crunch the numbers, and show the terms.  While I don't draw this stuff, it's good to know when I put the physique into words.  🙂

I think Slade needs a theme song.

    Specifically, something by Motorhead.

    And a bottle of water.

    And a sledgehammer.

Done and done.  Though I hope you prefer 1960s rock.
