So uh I was reading the wiki article about the "rulk" and it mentions he's part of a super soldier program.

I don't follow comics but I'm assuming the she-rulk is probably from that same program.

But , from what I've seen of promotional art She-rulk is about the same size and build as She-hulk

Now, think about this, She-hulk gained her powers from a blood transfusion from Bruce, right? So the effects of the gamma radiation were "diluted". So her transformation is not as dramatic as Bruce's.

Unless She-rulk got a spleen for rulk, shouldn't she be just as big as him?

Yes it really is.

No "like/dislike" type post rating system. None of the idiocy that comes with said system (popularity issues, begging in every other sentence).

No pressure for frequent posting and members with high post counts don't get all high and mighty. An added plus is there is a reduction of BS posts.

Finally, no "characters". No one has a shtick or running gag that they try to shoehorn into every post.

I'm not great at Japanese but the most recent post basically said something about he had been busy for the first half of June and then something unexpected came up. He has do something involving going to work and I think he believes it will last until the middle of July. Finally he says to please wait for an update.

Hmmm, well I, personally  am not a fan of simulation type games in general, if I am reading your post right. I am guessing you mean a game where you micro-manage a woman through the various stages of bodybuilding.  That type of thing, no, I would have no interest.

However, I'd be totally willing to play an action/adventure/platformer with a muscular female as the main character. Just as long as her muscularity is not the only thing propping it up.

Maybe something where you start out small and EXP allows you to strengthen different body parts for various benefits and enough level ups result in growth.

And the music has to be awesome. Dr.Wily's Castle I/II awesome
