    I get the gist of what he says though I have a few issues. I’m sure the article wouldn’t be posted if he didn’t want some discussion about it. I disagree with his issue of the “Man Face”. When he says not all FBB have it, I think he’s way overstating it. Yes, there were some that did like Kim Chevezski, Iris Kyle, Juliette Bergamann, and currently have that kind of appearance like Aleesha Young (I still like her though). Since the Cory Everson era, there have been tons of stunningly beautiful women who have competed in the Olympia. Laura Crevalle, Alina Popa, Marie Mahabir, Debbie Muggli, Valentina Chepiga just to name a few. But it’s more than just that. I think to open up other categories especially the bikini class is an instant cash grab by the FBB. There’s tons more women who will compete in that category because it involves minimal training, less dieting, and they can keep their girlish looks. It’s far less a sport than FBB. If women can compete in the physique category and get the same prize money as in the Olympia, of course they wouldn’t train as hard or get as big. But it should be remembered that this is bodyBUILDING. Should women try to get as big as Collette Guilmond or Alessha Young? That’s up to the judges, people’s tastes, and whether women want to risk in potentially dangerous regiments to get there. But I don’t agree that the collapse of FBB is due to man-face.
