ParticipantAwesome. Now that's what a Saiyan female at the peak of her power should look like(at least until she transforms, anyway)

ParticipantThe FMG starts about 17:44. I just wish we could see buff Ryoko more clearly. When she bulks up, the camera angle is terrible, and the same goes for every shot of her when she's muscular.

ParticipantAtatiboy, any chance you could post links to somewhere we can view those pics? By the time i got to this thread, the pics were already taken down, and I'd really like to see them, given the teasers in the thread.

ParticipantAt the moment it looks like Pirates and Street fighter are the most wanted themes for the constest.
For the contest itself i would suggest one of the following options:
1st: everyone who wants to join writes a shortory about Streetfighter, the winner of the poll
or
2nd: everyone who wants to join writes a shortstory about a theme with at least 5 votes (that would be Neon Genesis Evangelion, Streetfighter, Pirates, Firefly/Serinity, DBZ or Starwars IV-VI)What do you think is better?
I wanted to do the first one at first to have the stories compareable, but it would be to bad not to read about the other ideas, too.
So i would prefer the second one at the moment. So we got 6 Themes to choose.Option 2 sounds good to me. Not everyone would be familiar with a particular series, so giving more choices would increase the number of people who enter, plus I'm not sure I like the idea of every story in a contest being centered on the same character(s)

ParticipantWell you should . . . 😉
And as for resemblances . . . http://the4400wiki.org/Jordan_Collier
I might add, his "ability" seems to be one of erasing special powers from other newly created 4400s. One touch, and they're gone, permanently.
It should be noted that he has never used his power on any of the actual 4400, and the guys in NTAC's Theory Room suspect his power doesn't work on them at all, only on the people who gained 4400-like abilities from injecting themselves with Promicin. This would mean that Jordan Collier's plan to distribute Promicin to the world was part of the future guys' plan for The 4400 all along. Why else give him the ability to shut down anyone who gained 4400-like powers but was not an actual 4400?

ParticipantHowdy… from the graaaaaaaave!
I've been lurking about waiting for the right moment to re-surface. But I overslept and missed that perfect moment so I'll just pop up now.
I hope everyone enjoys the comic that FFF is giving away for free, he's gonna put a LOT of work into it before it's all done. Partly because he's a hard working guy but also because the comic weighs in at a record breaking (for a FMG Comic) 72 (SEVENTY TWO) pages (with an option to continue for a bit more after that if FFF ain't dead by then)!!!! If for some reason you don't like the story then blame me or Lucy, FFF is just the insane guy we got to draw the thing. And if FFF is your favorite artist then be on the look out for "Jane the Jungle Goddess 2", which was also drawn by FFF, coming to a web site near you soon. It's a massive 45 colored pages (I like everything BIG) and is also FREE.
This shall be the year of FFF… deal with it.
Gribble
Hiya Gribble, I'm a big fan of your work, and a long time ago, I purchased the original Jane theJungle goddess comic. I saw the teaser cover for Jane the Jungle goddess 2 thatyou posted on Brawna.org, but have been very disappointed because it seemed like you were going to post the comic but got stymied by some techincal problem or something. I'm really looking forward to the new comic and can't wait to read it.

ParticipantLeela was my favorite companion of all time. She was a real fighter a jungle babe for sure(though at the time I hadn't yet realized on a conscious level just how into strong women I was), and her naievete made for some rather funny lines. Adding K-9 to the same mix as her was brilliant because they were the perfect counterpoints to each other. Leela was driven by animal instinct and barely-contained savagery while K-9 was a technological being of pure logic.

ParticipantGuess we'll have to change the wording of the series theme song to Chicks dig Giant Muscles . . . 😉
Too bad CN cancelled it, Megas XLR was one of their better programs. I especially enjoyed the episode that parodied the Chicago car chase scene from The Blues Brothers movie.
Glorph Commander: "The use of excessive force in the apprehension of the Earthers has been approved!"
Megas XLR is currently available via streaming video on Toonami Jetstream http://www.toonamijetstream.com a new episode is released every Monday(usually) but episodes are only available for a limited time before they're removed to make room for other episodes. Each individual episode has a notation that says when it will be removed from the site. The site does not currently support Firefox, so you'll have to use Internet Explorer. You'll also need Windows Media Player 10 and MAcromedia Flash 8

ParticipantHi Fonk 8-),
I agree another great chapter and as expected the plot thickins. I'm enjoying the slow growth process and I loved your graphic discriptions of Flrida Cranes' growth and muscles. I wonder if their is some secret in Amber's past or her Mom's past which is connected to her transformation into a superwoman. I look forward to the next chapter.
RodmanPersonally, I suspect the reason for her growth is that the T-shirt she bought at the start of the story is magical. Rememember, she didn't start growing until she put on the shirt, and she's been wearing it constantly.

ParticipantDude, Galatea's dead, remember?
Not neccesarily. I don't recall anyone ever specifically saying Galatea was dead. While it is true she got zapped with a coupla jigawatts of electrivity straight from the Watchtower's main reactor, you must remember that Galatea is genetically Kryptonian, meaning she is VERY tough, so she could concevably survived, if a little charbroiled.
