I’ve seen Deidre Pagnanelli live, back in 96, and the videos and pics never do justice to how
stunningly beautiful she is the flesh. I mean she is in Cindy Crawford’s league, no joke. But you had to
see her live to get a full appreciation of her.

I’d love to see a notoriously skinny actress become seriously bulked up.
Keira Knightley is the first that come to mind.

This is a subject that was carried on extensively on “the other” forum. The basic conclusion was there were only two types who had a shot: 1) male bodybuilders 2) personal trainers of some repute ie. trainers who actually train bodybuilders of both sexes and who are considered experts in their field.

There are just too FEW female bodybuilders out there for the average male to have much success. Its like trying to date siamese twins.

Interesting video. We always hear things from the male perspective “well, if you make a lot of money, are pretty good looking, have a good personality, are strong and dominant, trust me, you’ll land the babe of your dreams.”
And yet the female take (this coming from a pretty desirable female, too) is very different.

That pic next to Zampa is appropriate, because she is getting huge. She use to be one
of “the pretty girls”, those very good looking bodybuilders who “dont want to offend” with
Nicole Ball and Jennifer McVicar. Well now she’s in the “massive girls” league, with Tina Zampa,
Colette Guimond and Sarah Hayes. At the Tampa Pro Show this past August, my heart nearly shot out of my chest when I caught glimpse of her massive shoulders. Then, when she walked by, (barefoot, in her bikini,
heading from changing room to the stage), you could literally hear the “thud, thud, thud,”
of her footsteps as she maneuvered her massive 160lb to 170lb bulk across the hotel lobby. Wow.
