I donno if it's the right place to post it 'cause it's not about a cartoon but a serie :
In the "honey I shrunk the kids" serie, I remember an episode where a fat woman took a t-shirt (If I remember well) and then became buffed.

I've already looked for it but I've never found it.

And for the ceilings, that's right prophet, I've thought of it when I did it lol.
