I don't think they're the same girl.  I could be wrong – apparently it's happened once or twice before – but the photos don't look the same to me.

The question is, absent a sense of physical appearance, would a blind person have any driving motivation to develop his or her body?  I think it's entirely possible that many would, but the percentage as a whole would be less.
