KeymasterWell, I tested it on Firefox 1.5 for the Mac & XP, IE 6 for XP, Safari on Mac.
It didn't occur to me to test it on an old version of Netscape Mozilla for Mac, because really, who uses that when Firefox is available?
🙄

KeymasterI will be putting in a new forum template that is more compact and cleaner. Might be a few days, though.

KeymasterThat's what I was afraid of: it looks just fine in Safari. Does this mean I have to use Safari to view Amaz0ns? I like Netscape more…[/whine]
OK, fixed.

KeymasterTell me more about sharing revenue…
Any registered user can create a Google Adsense account and then enter their account number in their profile at Brawna.org. Once that's in place, 75% of the ads shown on pages containing the author's stories will "belong" to the author. They will credit to his AdSense account. 25% will belong to me.
So the author will get paid for clicks off 75% of the ads that appear on pages containing his stories. I really have no idea how much ad revenue Brawna is likely to generate, but it wouldn't surprise me if authors made $1 to $3 per month off each story they post to Brawna. So, post a dozen stories and maybe an author would see $25/month. Maybe. Like I said, I don't really know how this will work and I can't promise anything.
One more thing – I should clarify that the money made would continue in perpetuity, as long as the site is up. So an author's posted stories would continue generating revenue month after month after month. So assuming a constant $25, that's $300 per year, which isn't nothing.

KeymasterA few points:
- Nothing will be transferred from here unless it's the author who does it.
- Brawna is actually getting more referrals from Superwoman Mania than from Amaz0ns.
- As ever more stories are posted to the Amaz0ns forum (or DtV), the ability to find what you're looking for decreases. The key feature of Brawna is the story taxonomy. As the number of stories there multiplies, that organizational structure will be invaluable.
- Story authors can share in advertising revenue at Brawna.
- Readers can subscribe to RSS feeds for the categories of stories they want to read. Email subscriptions to categories will be available soon.
I'm really pleased with how things are going at Brawna – it's only been up about a week and it's already getting a substantial amount of stories, users and site visits.

KeymasterYeah, I'll need some time to figure this one out.

KeymasterOK, I think it's fixed. Let me know if you see any other profile problems.
Lingster
KeymasterStill working on it.
Lingster
KeymasterOK, did a quick upgrade on the bridge software, which did not fix the problem. (Though it did fix the personal message bad link problem! Yay!)
I think I know what's wrong, though, and I'll work on fixing that this evening.
Lingster
KeymasterThat's so odd – it was working just the other day. I'm not sure what I might have changed to break it.
