I saw the post on the front page for "Storm Large" and the name made me laugh. Talk about a goofy alias, so I thought I'd goof off with the guys I know the most and invite anyone else to partake of my "Alternate Thought Patterned Mental Functionality" (which others may call insanity ::)

That is actually her real name.  Specifically it's "Susan Storm Large", which is even better.

someone's having a great time reporting these images.

Post 'em to Shulkie.com.  I run that, too, and once you log in you can add images to existing galleries.

I even made a whole new gallery for you: http://shulkie.com/image/tid/336

The reason male bodybuilding still attracts sponsorships is that it still sells supplements.  The reason female bodybuilding is dead is that it doesn't.

The way to bring physique competitions for women back to prominence is to find a sponsorship revenue model that makes the events money-makers.  Muscularity had a brief vogue in the 80s when it was perceived as avant garde, and it is more popular in some countries than in others.  However, the current zeitgeist in the western world is that men and women alike should eschew masculine virtues and embrace feminine virtues.  As strength is a masculine virtue, it will not again be held up for admiration for quite some time.

    WHAT!!!!! No Kari Byron?????

Yeah, other people were complaining about her absence, too.  But I guess with Jolie O'Dell and Felicia Day, the writer figured he was overloaded with redheads.

Yes, the IFBB in Europe does test, so why not in the US where steroids are illegal?

I think the gist of it is that the only real commercial utility of professional bodybuilding is to sell supplements.  If the bodybuilders were smaller the supplement ads would be less alluring.

Also, obviously, supplements are a lot more effective when a person is also taking steroids or growth hormone.
