I'm withholding judgment on this.  I noticed that the Maya character greatly resembled Adam Hughes' Sarah Rainmaker, but I didn't realize Mack had borrowed much of the "Ordinary Heroes" art.  It almost seems like Mack was doing this more as a homage because why else steal from only one issue?  It's really up to Hughes to make the call on this matter.
