A while ago, someone posted a similar topic- I don't remember now who it was, or how precisely it mirrored MK's question.  At any rate, someone commented that, by their nature, fetishes do not tend to be discussed openly- it's sort of like talking about masturbation.

This is correct – there is a difference between 'attraction' and 'fetish'.  Most people only discuss fetish (or whatever really turns them on) with their intimates.  Some of my friends know I'm attracted to athletic women.  And that's about it, and that's about all I want them to know.
