Participantlol thats common sense when you think about it, if you just sit down all day and don't ever sweat you are gonna gain weight unless you are blessed with a superfast genetic metabolism or you live right on the scorching hot equator, bottom line, excercise consistently 😉

Participantyou gotta hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week to see any results, eat as clean as possible and start RUNNING, IMO running can shed many pounds 🙂 here is another tip, do your weight training first, then your cardio, you will burn more calories that way and remember everyone's body is different

ParticipantI can do between 60 and 70 in one shot, I want to eventually get to 150 but that will take alot more time and effort 🙂 just keep practicing right

ParticipantI do like alot of tattoos so either way Cindy would still be hot IMO but I don't think she is the type to go and cover her whole body with tattoos but that is a nice scorpio she has put on her ankle 🙂
