    I wouldn't go crazy taking pills so I can drink milk, if the milk really bothers you that much than I would simply stop drinking milk 😉 there are many other ways to get your protein and calcium intake 🙂

    You might want to also stay away from free weight compound exercises and use the machines more until your knees recover some 🙂 hope your knees feel better soon
