Participantyes cardio is always a necessity for losing weight unless you have a super fast metabolism, I must stress that every person's body is different, no one is the same so what works for us might not work for you and vice versa but you should definitely consult a doctor, dietician and or personal trainer 🙂

ParticipantI have the Jo Anna Thomas video that Andrulla works out with her in, trust me, she's British. 😉 man she can push some weight around! one of my favorite bodybuilding mag covers of all time has her on it. the cover has a guy on it who is pretty muscular and is curling 40 LBS. with Andrulla standing beside him with her arm right next to his curling 60 LBS. The guy is staring over at Andrulla's arm in shock because it looks bigger than his. That cover rocks. to bad the article for the cover is offensively called "women bodybuilders, freaks or not" 🙁 oh well at least the picture was sexy.

Participantyeah she is the real deal, since she trains at the same gym that I do from time to time I can honesty tell you that she is a strong woman, those legs of hers get EXTREMELY thick in the off season, her overhead dumbell shoulder press is not to shabby either 😉

everything is fine cept my stomach where has the most fat
I am no certified personal trainer but losing weight while adding muscle is a task that is not easy to accomplish IMO, all I can tell you is eat as clean as possible, train each body part at least once a week, calves, forearms and abs can be trained every day so when I am really in the groove I will train abs every day and forearms and calves at least twice a week and you might want to think about training your weakest muscle twice a week as well, (ex. if you feel your chest area is lacking then you might want to train chest twice a week and the rest (delts, biceps, triceps, legs) once a week, but the most important concept is CONSISTENCY, if you stay at it, and never miss a meal or a workout then you are sure to see results for the better, I hope you are able to achieve your goals 🙂

If it weren't for the giant boobs and peroxide, she would just be another bodybuilder. Aint nothin' special in my opinion. She's probably a slut anyway.IMO being a slut would not make her a bad girl, it would make her a very good girl 🙂 she is unique enough for me, she might look like "just another bodybuilder" but how many females in this world are bodybuilders to begin with, last time I checked, they weren't in the majority so to me, she stands out just because she is part of the sport 🙂
