    Here it is, my 100th post, or as you guys would say, my piece of the pie.

    My picture is a fan made phony made by using adobe, do you hate both me and the picture now? I feel so ashamed. If all of you shall ban me from Amaz0ns, I'll understand. But i'll remember the best six months of my time on the number one message board for female muscle and strength fans.

    Hey guys I was watching osmosis jones today and the female detective was lifting weights she was doing dumbel curls you could see a bicep.. then she was lifting a barbell over her head.. it was pretty interesting and worth a look… Ill try to find the episode name

    Just a heads up fungo09 and MGN, that episode is called Street Up.

    That same episode is on tonight at 10. And this time, I hope someone records it, because I don't want to use comedy central's motherload. Fastest comedy on the web, right? I disagree. Yes that clip is on motherload, and no I don't want anypart of it.
