    Excellant piece Gettar

???  I don't understand…Tricep fles?  People only usually look at the bicep more.  How can a tricep flex?

Easy. The biceps muscle curls the arm the triceps extend it. You only get really nice double biceps flexes when the triceps flex opposing the curling motion. This gives the arm the bulge downward to mirror the peak of the biceps.
Also the triceps make up 2/3rds of the upper arm muscle mass.

Pillow was the person who introduced me to Laibach. And Robin Parker introduced me to Dead Can Dance. What a lovely way to build a music collection.

Aggressive women=Do the guys think of it as negative or positive?

Steroids=Joanie didn't take steroids?  I thought she did have problems with that. Oh, well. But you do go to jail for them.  And think about the Man Whose Arms Exploded aka the man with the largest biceps in the world…hold on…Gregg Valentino…lemme look it up.

Agressive women – Well there are guys who like that sort of stuff.

Steroids – I didn't say Joanie didn't take them, I just said they weren't the cause of her problems.
Being around the bodybuilding scene I've seen Gregg Valentino at shows and his problem was not steroids but Synthol which he injected into his muscles and which then caused the abscess. When he flexes his arms the muscle doesn't really move it just sits there like a bad costume. I was dieing during the TLC 'documentary' because it was like the old 60 Minutes Audi sudden acceleration episode where they had to physically modify the car to make it perform like they wanted it too. They were eager to blame steroids rather than the self administered cosmetic surgery. Check the last paragraph in his bio.

Hi Rock, I like some of what you said but I do have some agreement with you and some differing opinions.

Aggressive women – I'm with you here even though I work for a site that promotes aggressive women. But people have to understand that for almost all of these women they are acting. It's fantasy. It's because we don't want to see women in bondage or at peril but strong and in control. It's usually the guys who take it seriously.

Steroids – They don't kill you. They aren't good for you but then egg yolks, cigarettes and beer aren't either. Heck if we ate what's only good for you MickyD's wouldn't exist. We'd be drinking red wine and not hard spirits or beer. We'd… OH  my Gawd it's France!
There was a lot made about steroids causing cancer like in Lyle Alzado's case. If so he is the only reported case of steroids causing brain cancer. Joanie Laurer's problem wasn't steroids. It was recreational drugs and some other psychological problems. One of the things people bring up is steroids are bad for the heart because it raises you level of cholesterol. Well it does but if your diet is good it actually raises levels of the good cholesterol not the arterial blocking kind.
