    [font=tahoma]Glad to see BradBerry7 call out the Fern Gully comparison, as that was the FIRST thing I thought of when I saw it too.  That plus “Dances With Wolves” was dead on.  But really, this story isn’t new or fresh… it’s sadly a part of human history that goes well beyond just what the white folks did to the Indians.

    But all that aside, it was a splendid movie and great visuals.  As for the story, nothing really was surprising or unexpected.  I thought Michelle Rodriguez looked great as the usual Cameron staple “bad ass chick” character.  I’m surprised she didn’t shave her head for this one as Jenette Goldstein did for him in Aliens, which was absolutely sexy IMHO.  (BTW, a lot of this reminded me of Aliens with the human controller ‘walkers’.)
