    That's quite a rate.
To be honest, a 'good artist' is all in the eye of the beholder. So if you explained what you want as in preferred style and so on, then people would have more of an idea.

Good call, sweetie.  😉  I was about to ask this guy the same thing.  It did come across as quite vague.

I just have a hang-up on big beefy blonds.  I like her too… well, until I heard her voice.  But I’m sure I’d get over that real quick if I happened to be in the same room she was.

PS:  Baditude41:  Is your middle name 'danger'?  HAD to ask…  hahaha

It’s getting to be the norm for most of these celebrity chicks these days.  When I was younger, I used to struggle with my weight and my overall image.  It’s unfortunately an affliction that we girls have to learn to adapt to and manage, especially here in the states.  Thankfully, I overcame that hang-up when I was in my mid to late 20’s and (thankfully) embraced my natural curvy Spanish heritage.  Once that happened, my entire life changed for the better.

I’ve always believed that nature meant to give us girls curves.  No boy or girl is EVER attracted to skeletons or boney women.  I don’t care who they are, women are NOT MEANT to be so terribly thin.

Just my $.02 worth, I could be wrong.  :-

Yea, she would be the kind of girl I’d be proud to take her home to meet the parents.  Ahhh, a girl can dream, can’t she?  😉

No worries, sweetie.  I completely understand how two dimensional words can often be misread, especially on message boards.  But honestly, I did start to wonder, but then realized it was just me who misunderstood it.  I don’t get ruffled very easily, unless it’s a topic that’s near and dear to me, OR it’s the Rosie O’Donnell thread in ‘Free For All’.  😉

Yes, peace and love, darling.  I emphatically champion both principles, and was glad to see you do too.  :-*

I’ll try to look through your stories, probably tomorrow since I am flying home tonight.  *Ugh* Its been a LONG week… thank God I’ve had these boards to keep my mind full of life!

Be good sweetie, and we’ll talk soon.

    XOXOXO’s

the word turgid literally means large or swollen, but it carries secondary meanings that imply rudeness and disrespect.

I have to re-state that this excerpt isn’t complete, edited, or finished.  Will the word “turgid” stay?  Not sure…  a lot will probably be re-worded and adjusted throughout the next few weeks.  Hopefully, it just gives an indication of what the story is and its prose.  What I hope to do is to establish an elaborate sense of word structure given its historical theme.  It won’t be your quick and typical story of “girl meets girl, girls sleeps with girl and they live happily ever after”.  ::)  Well, in some ways yes, but I want to create a richer texture to the characters and their respective environments to set the tone.

    Peace and Love,

This story was amazingly rich and textured.  A real pleasure to read.  Out of curiosity, if you can recall, how did this evolve from "The Taming of Mawiyah"?  I can see how the dance recalls the original passage, but this seems so much richer, especially given that you chose to set it in a modern setting.

There is no real evolution of this story compared to ‘The Conquest of Mawiyah’.  In fact, they are two completely different tales of discovering true love.  I honestly don’t prefer comparing stories, especially when one is edited and complete, and the other is still in its infancy stage.

Thanks for the feedback.  Glad you enjoyed it!  😉

Any updates on this idea, Lingster?  It sounds like a promising idea.  I might do the PDF route for the backlog of all my stories.

This babe is one of my ALL TIME favorites.  I always drool whenever my eyes feast thmselves upon Nikki's lush flesh and golden body.  She's just amazing…  she is such an inspiration.  God, her chest takes my breath away… I've never seen more brute power in each limb…

Let's see a show of hands who loves Nikki!!
