Young Justice strikes again: In the most recent episode, “Darkest,” the Terror Twins, last seen in Season 1, make an appearance, and they clearly spent a good amount of the between-seasons timeskip hitting the weights, as they’ve both put on a noticeable amount of muscle. (Tommy considerably moreso than his sister Tuppence. Ah well.)

    Tuppence Terror in Season 1:

    And in Season 2.

I really wish they’d do a FMG scene that lasts longer than a second. Hardly seems worth downloading these episodes otherwise.

And yes, Kitty didn’t flex in this episode.

You mean “No, Kitty didn’t flex in this episode.”

and we were talking about how well scrpited the episode was, compared to “strong arms of the mam”.

    You’re still on that?

Hadn’t heard that before. Maybe a generation difference… The whole scenario seemed improbable to say the least. But it’s hard to be sure of sarcasm in text. I figured non-native speakers would like to be certain.

Don’t really know what generation you’re from, but when my age group was in childhood, everyone knew at least one lying jackass who would make stuff up about video games or whatever and claim it was totally true because their dad totally worked for Nintendo.

(Seriously, though, the fact that I invoked Nintendo to verify claims about a Futurama spinoff should’ve been a clue.)

Yes, I was being sarcastic. “My dad works for Nintendo” is pretty much code for “This is bullshit.”

One of my friends works for Comedy central, and she stated that the Butterjunk effect is a test
for a spinoff series, featuring girls that use nectar, I don’t know what the story line would be or any of its true.she was pretty tipsy. when we were talking about it.

It’s true! My dad works for Nintendo, and he told me all about it!

I personally like how Amy and Leela don’t have identical builds, with Amy having slimmer hips vs. Leela’s existing curves becoming more exaggerated.

Yeah, I thought it was a decent episode. I’m rather interested that Amy seemed to be the more aggressive of the two.
