Muscle Growth Nut
ParticipantIn retrospect, makes more sense to post this here than in the YouTube thread:

Muscle Growth Nut
ParticipantA brief and pleasant surprise in today’s Super Best Friends Forever short on Cartoon Network:

Muscle Growth Nut
ParticipantI think we might have something here. Saxxon recently posted this regarding an upcoming game called Dragon’s Dogma:
And any game that lets you fight dragons using a female character who actually looks CAPABLE of fighting dragons (possibly barehanded) has gotten my attention.
Capcom really needs to advertise this fact. There’s a demographic for games which can potentially star a nine-foot-tall muscle-woman.
I can’t actually vouch for any of this, though, because the demo is larger than my Xbox’s entire hard drive.

ParticipantIt’s a fun show, there is room for fun in Superhero shows, as shown by how popular Teen Titans and Batman:TB&TB were.
Of course there’s room for fun. And USM did get a couple chuckles out of me in the two episodes I watched (“DOOM DEMANDS A BANANA SPLIT!”), but on the whole…it ain’t that good. It’s just trying way too hard to be funny, what with the constant cutaway gags and Scott Pilgrim effects. The comedy and fun in TT and BatB (and any number of other superhero shows) just felt more organic and not as forced.

ParticipantHopefully it’ll be better than USM is.

ParticipantBump of relevance!
Today the official site KorraNation.com released the first two episodes of Legend of Korra as a sneak peek. The show itself premieres April 14. Anyway, to wit:

Korra is strong as hell.
Muscle Growth Nut
ParticipantThis is an official thing? Wow.

ParticipantOkay, did a search and dug up the description someone posted years ago of the Beverly Hills Teens episode:
There was an episode featuring muscle women in the cartoon “Beverly Hills Teens.” In this episode, one of the boys, the “hunky” fellow has been asked to take over as coach of a girls’ team temporarily. In the end, his rival, the handsome fellow, takes the job instead – only to find out that the girls’ team is the Bodybuildettes, a team of girl bodybuilders, who are just about to go out for their daily twenty mile run . . .

ParticipantGRAGH!, This is so bittersweet. Because now I know the name of the show….BUT No one has any episodes showing on the interwebs.
Yeah, that and some episode of an 80s Saturday-morning cartoon called “Beverly Hills Teens” that nobody knew the title of seem to be the only animated femuscle occurrences nobody’s been able to find yet.

ParticipantYeah, I remember that being mentioned in the past. Last time I checked, though, the show doesn’t seem to exist on the Internet.
