Hello to all !After a long period here i am again:)
I m back and in shape ..bigger and pretty lean ..a demo..

If u ll look well in my site u ll see some with lifting too ,some even with big weight ..reason about not puting many vids with high weights are because they are too short ..u go at max ..will take few seconds ..another reason ..i like to do quality vids ..i don t like to do vids when i don t have someaone to register at high quality ..
About my record at shot put ..was around 15 m..when i was 16 🙂
