This thread is entirely relevant, given the events portrayed on a recent episode of a TV documentary show:

After viewing that, you should view this site for a discussion on the subject:

BTW FlakBait, I love that GIF, but my curiousity’s been peaked and I wonder if there are any good screencaps of Salli’s now-infamous “gams”?

I believe I have some old images by Loenror, but didn’t know the artist name…so thanks very much for that!

Stone3D does some great sequences and comics (in addition to individual pieces), I’ve been checking his site periodically for a while.

BrdDrb’s new, but his work definitely looks good, and actually seems to already have some refinement. I’ll be looking forward to seeing more from him in the future.

I didn’t mind the cast changeover, but when they introduced the Ori (aka Goa’uld MK2) it went from being “I’m watching this every week” to “I’ll catch it when I get a chance”. So I still watched, but wasn’t that invested in what was going on.

When it came to SGA, I started with “I’ll catch it if I get the chance” to “If the episode promos look good, I might check it out.” I gave SGU a chance initially, but it was *really* boring. I checked out the finale based solely on the info that Rhona Mitra would show up and kick some butt somehow…it was pretty decent, but I’m still not sold on it.

Forget SGU, and SGA, for that matter – wasn’t much of a fan of it, too much whining by McKay.

IMHO SG-1 was, and still is, the best of all three series.

    And that’s Jack O’Neill – spelt w/ two LLs . . .

Yep. I’ve bought the SG-1 series on DVD, even the later seasons that I wasn’t much invested in. But I won’t be getting any episodes of SGA or SGU.

If she’s wearing a bikini, I could watch Cory read from the phone book for hours.

You are correct. Show not that great. But sure is a lot of large chested women running around on it.

Check out the down shirt photo of the blonde running in the picture. And check out how much chest area all the actress showing on that show here!

They never look that busty on the show, though…I have to imagine that those ladies are “enhanced” in the photos. Either some Wonderbras under tight clothing to accentuate what they’ve got, or some retouching of the photo (or even a bit of both). Lt. Boobs has the only pair worth tuning in for, and she’s not around much. The finale added Rhona Mitra in tight leather to the mix, but her character may not be around for long (depending on how The Gates does, since she’s starring in that).

I prefer Warehouse 13, and Eureka’s recent premiere did a mild “reset” with a twist, so I’m tuning in to those (and the relative light tone of both is certainly welcome). Sadly not much else to check out on that network. 🙁

I’m not entirely sure where “topless except for pasties” rates on the NSFW scale, so I’ll just put this link up to a great CerberusLives image:

Ironb667 had several photomanips scattered around here, it was always good to see them. Glad he’s got a central location for all of them now and is exploring CGI art, but I hope he’ll still do photomanips on occasion. 🙂

BassAsh hasn’t updated in years! No new work, journals, or even faves that I can see…hope she’s alright.

I think Wardrider99 has done some pieces for the Buffies website/story blog, it’s good to see a wider collection of his work. 🙂

Heavymusclebabefan and bluessaurus have interesting styles, I’ll certainly be checking their stuff out in the future.

Oh yes boys and girls I go back to 1963, the year Kennedy was shot and the year Doctor Who started it’s 40 year run (and I don’t see no “Whovians” bitching about the new Doctor and he changes everything not just his costume.

Bowties are cool! Though the blue police box has retained its basic look for the entire series (including the strange grinding noise when it flies about).

However, there are always segments of the fandom that quibble and argue about the differences (large and small, good or bad) between whoever is the current/soon-to-be Doctor and previous incarnations, and I have to think that’s also going to be the case when it comes to major comic-book characters and transitions between different writing teams and such.

Who? It looks like an episode of Mutant X. No – they weren’t that memorable either.

Mutant X is all kinds of awesome simply due to Victoria Pratt in tight leather and midriff baring tops

I don’t recall Victoria Pratt baring her midriff or wearing tight leather in Mutant X. She did in Cleopatra 2525, and that aired about the same time. Though after watching most of Mutant X’s first season I got bored and tuned out, so maybe my memory’s rusty or she changed up her look as the show continued.

As far as Wondy’s costuming goes, I liked the Justice Lord look shown in the Justice League animated series…always thought it was a practical variation on her outfit.
