ParticipantI think the subject will sting much less the moment we all realize WW was basically created as a fetish character by a guy that liked bondage and wanted an excuse to draw a constantly tied-or-beating lady. Many times have the authors made her personality and story grow into good comic stuff, but sooner or later she devolves into Star Spangled Stripper…whether we like it or not, she (for the moment?) is part of Comics For Horny Teenagers, and unfortunately her physical appearance will be on top when drawing her. No matter how deep or dramatic they make her stories, there will always be butt shots and a generous display of skin.
It’s a shame, because WW is a true bronze of superheros’ history, and there are many almost one-dimensional superheroines that could easily fulfill the eyecandy role, but that’s what we have.oriander2000
ParticipantI remember many, many seasons ago in “The Bachelor” there was a similar contestant, a Fitness instructor/competitor or personal trainer, who worked also in the dental health business; she was some kind of hygienist or assistant. I recall a hot tub scene where she fixed her hair and damn!, a good couple of biceps popped out of nowhere. Sadly, after several searches, I couldn’t even find her name (she was discarded pretty quickly, perhaps the Bachelor didn’t like her build)…
As long as we are discussing reality shows, although I’m pretty sure she has been mentioned here, let’s not forget “Temptation Island“. The show had its big share of fit ladies, but I remember one from Season 1, Mandy Lauderdale . In these days she lost most of her muscles, but in the show she was on the verge of trespassing the “very fit” into directly the “muscular” condition. Plus, she was a really beautiful woman.

ParticipantWhoa, talk about being sensible to the Muskle Juice! Great post!

ParticipantActually, she’s creepy. The fact that another lady has decided to bulk up seriously is enough reason to cheer! :woohoo: I wonder if we could post the progress pictures without the head… 😛

ParticipantI don’t know…she’s very skinny, so every microgram of muscle earned will show immediately on her, so she can get really motivated. Let’s hope for the best, she kinda looks like someone who can get obsessed with something. 😉
Anyway, I can’t help seeing this as a “Look at me! Look at me!” stunt to call attention rather than a serious commitment to build muscle. What will be next: tattoos, piercings…intimate secrets?
Pecs and abs are at least waking up. Now somebody get her some read meat and a ton of protein!

Participantelee0228: Firsto of all, thank you for being a true patron and commisioning so many pieces. You made characters and artists known in this humble portion of the Internet.
Just a question: Do you edit the pictures you commisioned? Sometimes it looks like some size (especially in the arms) has been added to the original drawing, but I never compared them side by side.Again, thank you very much for your efforts!

ParticipantExcellent work and dedication! I tried it a few versions ago (no yoga, no potions), and found it quite entertaining.
Now the key Word is: Art. You need a good artist that can portray the gradual process of muscling her up. The growth is quite slow, so it would please every taste on physical prowess. I’ve seen Ritualist’s fanart, and he nailed the concept perfectly.
10 days well spent. What progress!
I wish I had some more time (and skill) to do all the stages of the girlfriend’s development: from “slender” -“fit” – “athletic” – “Fitness-type” – “buff” – “muscular” – “ripped” – “full bodybuilder” to “unrealistically enormous”.
Congratulations again for your work and thank you very much!

ParticipantTo me, she was perfect in her 1.0 version…a beautiful “mischievous girly” face, tall, slender, very ripped, with almost no fat…she even was an excellent example of how a woman can be (very) muscular and have no breast tissue without losing an atom of sexiness. But again, her body, her decisions.
The same outfit. Spot the difference…s.oriander2000
ParticipantNot that the comic were writing masterpieces themselves…it looks ok to me. Let’s hope the comedy and (mandatory) angst don’t overshadow the action.
About the shoulderpads…I think it’s more “padding” to make her look buffer, that’s all. Just a wardrobe malfunction (4:50 min). After all, Henry Cavill’s suit has padding too…and if they thought he needed it, they can pad every suit. After all, Supergirl is just Potential Power Girl, and then she’ll need another type of padding…
I think I’m the only guy in the planet that likes this outfit…
