ParticipantI've been dealing with bad knees for years. YOu can do some things to help, but bottom line – getting old sux. You are going to have to make adjustments in your workouts/expectations.
As far as the things that help: Glucosamine/chondroitin (already mentioned) is very good. Though some folks say that chondroitin (the more expensive part of that combination) is so poorly metabolized as to be not very valuable in pill form. So I just take the glucosamine and didn't notice any drop off after stopping the chondroitin. I also take MSM and believe it helps AT LEAST as much as the glucosamine.
If you're doing the same exercises every workouut, try changing them up so as not to be stressing your knees in the same way all the time. You may have to give up some exercises completely. Ultimately, I had to give up every form of leg press / squat. But I can still go heavy on the knee extensions (as long as I don't lock 'em out all the way at the top). This does not allow me to put on the mass I'd like, but I've maintained what I had and am nicely cut. Good luck.pict
ParticipantLactose intolerance is fairly common. If you are drinking alot of it, don't drink any for awhile (? a few months – and sadly that includes ice cream). After that you MAY be able to start drinking it again IN LIMITED QUANTITIES (that's how it worked for me).
Also, most grocery stores stock "Lactaid" or something similar (A lactose reduced milk). But still, you should stop drinking it completely for awhile to let you system "reset."

ParticipantSince David appears to have drawn Tetsoko holding their skulls rather than their hair, I'd say this is a set-up for the old bonking of their two heads together so they see stars and pass out.
But as a more cartoonish option I'd like to offer this: the pressure of Tetsuko's mighty grip makes their sunglasses fly off their heads as their eyes bug out.November 27, 2006 at 11:59 pm in reply to: Who do You want to see updated next on fem-power??? #42514pict
ParticipantNice work on the new Sylvie gallery.
Sorry I'm too late to vote.
If I could have voted fkor AHSLEY I would have. It has been so long since you did more ashley she must be a few years older by now and that would be GREAT to see.
Also, I've always liked your artwork.pict
Participantawesome new work!! Violet looks like a VERY promising new character. I also particularly liked the street walker pix. I am excited to see more of her.

ParticipantI believe this was her "comeback" competition. She competed years ago and at that time she had one of my favorite physiques. Perhaps the judges felt she needed a bit more fine tuning. But based on these pix,WOW it sure seems she should've had some more call outs. I am very glad she has returned to the scene and hope she continues. I also hope she gets better recognition from the judges.
Thanks for the photos. The judges really seemed to go out of their way to not call her out and she deserved a lot more looks than she got.

ParticipantYou're gettin' better all the time, Pete. Some quite luscious work here.
I especially appreciated your porph of Deanna Panting – One of my all time favorite FBBs. I noticed, though, that you did not enhance her Right bicep. An oversight perhaps?
Hope you are enjoying your time off. -
