Yes, the writers strike is getting pretty old.

DC has been fumbling with a Justice League film for ages… Marvel might be missing more than hitting with its films – critically if not financially – but bless 'em, they try.

No, it has something to do with Joe Q choosing deadbeat hacks because they write on TV/film… they pretty much don't have to worry about deadlines… ever.

Let's just hope that after more than two years it actually gets finished and She-Hulk isn't retconned into a rape victim.

To be less cryptic, the writer from Lost basically did two issues and then started crying off because he was "busy" and after some period of "oh, issue 3 will be out next month, oh sorry – the month after that." etc. They just decided to stop vexing the fans and stopped doing solicits until the whole thing

Of course, my only real gripe with the writer is his total lack of professionalism in taking on the gig and then bottling it… still, you'd think with the writers strike, he'd be able to knock it on the head… assuming I understand the nature of the strike… which it's entirely possible I don't.

I'm betting that if it really did introduce an Ultimate She-Hulk though, she'd probably just die or something.

And yes… I could have sworn I titled this Ultimate Human… oops.

Started with 18m, dropped to 10m, dropped to 8m… I suppose the initial drop is understandable… when it wasn't Arnie blowing things to hell for 45 minutes, they were bound to lose viewers. If this week sees them lose another 2m though… even odds on it lasting about as long as Firefly.

Not sure how I'm seeing that as being a good deal for an artist… given that even passable artists can get upwards of $50 for an inked pinup etc.

Seems kind of cheeky to suggest that it's a good deal.
