You don't see her abs but there are several shots of her looking quite powerful, especially some shots of her legs. She's definitely not scrawny.

I just saw it… I was worried when the show did a flash back and She-Hulk's appearance was just a "YO!" at the start and then nothing until the midway point.

But you might all be HAPPY to know that She-Hulk gets an appropriate transformation and does kick ass… she could have been greener but we got two transformations (and one revert) and she's shown to be a LOT taller than the rest of the fantastic four, literally towering over them in some shots.

Also, she starts out in her Slott era unitard and there's a nod to Bruce.

It's not perfect but it's going to slake your thirst for something She-Hulk related.

You can blame that on the nature of competitive bodybuilding, I suppose.

As with any competitive sport, there are always pressures to win and so on… it's the nature of the beast and of course, people inherently associate that with femuscle…

Actually, from what I've seen – the last episode aired was 1×15 – Strings… I've seen some clips of the show and I think I can agree with the assessment, it's a charmless show… I imagine they'll make She-Hulk the same gangrenous green they made the Hulk – yeuch.

Wow, great quality of finds this last 7 days… thanks a lot guys, you always find top notch stuff. There's actually been a spate of She-Hulk stuff on DA in recent weeks, posting it up on FTF10 when it gets to the top of the list.

I imagine the portrayal of muscular women has to do with the patriarchal nature of our society where men have typically always been more physically powerful – and hence, women being strong is seen as something deviant and wrong.

The fact that female bodybuilders often look kind of manly – and are stereotyped as such – probably doesn't help.

Yeah… I was thinking more FMG wise than GTS… it's not uncommon for women to grow that big in the ol' MEGA GTS stories.

Oh, another one – the growth scene is built up to for however many pages and then rushed over and finished before it's even begun.

I thought it was taken as read that in these stories, the laws of physics were ignored? Especially anything pertaining to mass conservation, in universes where BE/FMG occur – it's a given that mass can be conjured from nowhere. So, at least that story had her absorb mass from somewhere… even if it was inconsistent.

And of course, don't forget that a couple of grams of sexual fluids (usually male) can easily make a woman significantly taller, bustier and buffer in a matter of moments… despite the fact it probably represents a tiny fraction of the total mass gained.

Nothing wrong with that though… although, given the fact that growth is sexually arousing to women – the possibility of getting stuck in a cycle of growth/sex/growth seems to have been relatively underplayed.

Oh, how about this one (and yes, it is a great avatar) – if the small nerdy girl is transformed into an amazon, she'll generally still love the guy she's with and won't go for someone else…
