Overdoing what? The sex? The swearing? The violence? Actually – they've not really done that much more violence since the pilot… but sex and swearing seem to be obligatory. I've nothing against either – even in excess – but here it just feels that they're going "Wow, we can swear and have lots of shagging!" and then doing it only because it's an option to them – not because it in anyway benefits the plot or such.

Still, I hear it's getting renewed.

Not to be overly negative – any more than usual – but Torchwood has been pretty poorly received, with Cyberwoman being one of the worst episodes… and it really is awful, IMO… but then, I've not really been crazy about the new Dr. Who (either of them) – so you may all love it.

I'd say you'd be better over in the general art forum, under the request thread but certainly – there's a lot you can do with Rogue if she takes on physical characteristics… but it seems to be pretty on/off in that regard, I mean – part of Juggernaut's power is being the size of a house… but Rogue didn't change in the episode where she drained him.

I  think it really all comes down to who's doing the story… There was an instance where she absorbed She-Hulk's powers and hulked out somewhat but obviously, it's the exception rather than the norm, which is a shame.

To be honest, there are plenty of characters it would be cool for her to drain – Hulk, Juggernaut, Mystique, Beast… the list goes on. To be honest, it's somewhat surprising she hasn't been used more for such – but there you go.

I voted for Brit too – I agree that Fred slimmed her down a bit (actually, I'd have to go back to see if that was the case but it sounds right) and somewhat nerfed her bosom, presumably to make the comic less… well, adult but these things will happen.

The internet yields 3 results for The Amazon Artifact – one is the linked first part of the story, the other is Lingster mentioning it at transvigor and the last one is an old link to the BEA… does there exist somewhere a full rendering of it?
