ParticipantSad to say, but you can bet your bottom zloty that some parents will complain or make comments to the headteacher (or principal or whatever they're called in the US) about the "she-male" PE teacher. Closed-mindedness is an all-too common human disease. The fact is, she'll make a damn good role-model, and, being young kids, their reaction on first meeting her will probably of the "Wow – coooool!" variety rather than the "Yuck!" type. There's a video on Youtube that illustrates ths from when Jill Mills appeared on Are You Smarter Than a Third-Grader and the kid's reactions were priceless. Kira would be a hero to them, I'm sure. Good luck to her, I say! 8)
In a similar situation. Kim Kilper used to be an active, massive, and totally cute, bodybuilder, as well as being an elementary school teacher. She hasn't been around lately so I wonder if this happened to her…? ???

ParticipantHavn't a clue where this came from, but I find it interesting.
I've seen this before…
Maybe one of JDM's enhancements…??? ???

ParticipantVery nice addtion to the story. She wants to grow even stronger? Right on! I'd be just as supportive as he is…!!!!!!! ::) ;D

ParticipantVery nice!! I like the size of her back in the second sketch. It definitely shows how big she is…
ratlaf
ParticipantRight on! Thanks for the heads up Alex. Seeing as I'm a big fan of hers this is awesome…
Also there's an Aleesha Young sighting in one of her "Friends" pictures. Granted the other two ladies are in contest shape but Aleesha totally outclasses them with her bulk!

ParticipantBased on this, I think we're going to have to start calling her Even Bigger, Big Kris Murrell . . . 😉
Definitely!
Or Huge Kris Murrell? Or gigantic Kris Murrell?
ratlaf
ParticipantNope.
I'm with Seldom on this. Emulating someone else's style is quite difficult. If I were a real writer with real skills I might be able to pull it off, but I just write what comes to my mind and channel it into words.
Also, I don't know what the original author had in mind for their characters and ultimately where the plot was intended to climax and conclude. I wouldn't want to take their story to a place they didn't want it to go. I'm quite possessive of my stories and wouldn't want to see someone else mess it up.
Re-envisioning I've done… My "Monkey's Paw" story exists thanks to Lingster's story but they're two totally different stories with totally different characters and styles. I enjoyed the "Amazon Cruise" story so much that I may end up writing my own experience on that cruise line, but it'd be totally different than the existing story.
Those're my thoughts…

ParticipantSorry about that. I should have left the last line unsaid, and left
it up to readers to guess why….No worries, thanks for the apology and remember to edit yourself a bit in the future.

ParticipantJGrimm : And yes anyone can use a lightsaber. But it's too dangerous. Since the blade has no weight, the Jedi rely upon the Force to guide their movements. An average person could not handle a LS in the proper way.
Yep, when Han Solo used Luke's saber all he was able to manage with it was cutting open that beasts guts to keep Luke warm…
