She will be competing at the Arnold again this year, so you might be able to go there and arrange a video shoot with her in person.

Otherwise, perhaps you could try contacting one of the other websites she’s done shoots with to see if they will either give you her email or at least contact her on your behalf.

Sorry to hear that it didn’t work out, Mimi. Did you actually get a reply to your email? Was it a definite no, not ever, or was there still a possibility of it happening at some point in the future? I mention this because I heard she was moving to the US, so that might make it a lot easier to work something out that fits in with both of your schedules.
