ParticipantI see what you're saying Solarian, and TC2, but I think you guys are wrong in this case. I can totally see a Wonder Woman film being made and being quite successful. As we all know, studio executives aren't particularly daring or innovative and they'll keep going with what works until it's well and truly run into the ground. At the moment, it's comic book movies and they're already starting to run out of male characters to base movies on. For example, I'm willing to bet that more people around the world have heard of Wonder Woman than The Green Lantern. The quote by the WB exec referred to heroine characters in general, not Golden-Age iconic super-heroines like Wonder Woman. Also, with respect to the golden lasso and invisible plane affecting the credibility factor, you could say similar things about any super-hero movie. You just need the right director that knows how to walk the fine line between cool and camp, so you end up with more Batman Begins than Batman and Robin. I reckon that someone like JJ Abrams would be ideal. I also think it's smart to set during World War II, though. I mean do we really want to see a final fight scene between Wonder Woman and Osama Bin Laden?

ParticipantWith all the success of comic book movies lately, they would be crazy not to put a Wonder Woman movie on the fast-track. The writers of the animated Wonder Woman movie did such a good job, my choice would be for them to write the live action version as well.
As to who should play her, my current fav is the beautiful and athletic Sarah Lancaster.

ParticipantYour art is excellent. I see you can do a variety of styles and it was good to see an appearance by Shulkie herself. I'll definitely be commissioning something from you in the near future. There's something about getting a piece of Amazon art by an actual Amazon that will be hard to resist.
By the way, to see AC's full gallery, click on Pics on her MySpace page.

ParticipantBrilliant, just brilliant!!!! I really like stories where the scope just continues to widen beyond what you expect. Can't wait to see what else you've got coming.

ParticipantHe has a fantastic style, and it's great that he does some female muscle from time to time. Hopefully that one in the middle is a sign of more to come.

ParticipantPictures like this really stick it up people that say that you can't create real art with bought Poser figures.
Just extraordinary!

ParticipantAww, can't I read your story AND get a pounding? Seriously though, it's a great first part that has definitely got me interested in reading more. I can almost imagine it as one of those great Saturday morning cartoons from the 80s. I've even got the theme song running through my head right now!
Welcome, Diana! I look forward to reading your episode when Meg has finished with the first one. It's a great idea taking it in turns to tell the story. You should get the other "Buffies" to come on this thread and introduce themselves too.

ParticipantWow, it's been fun watching you guys develop and grow over the last two year, much like Amy herself. ;D Congrats and keep up the good work!
Oh yeah, and the sample pics are great as always. I especially love the cheerleader ones. I hadn't heard of Jeff Batista before, but he seems to be a really awesome artist.

ParticipantWow, it's great to see you getting into morphing, Chris. This is really great re-rendering of Ms Marvel! Watch the additional warping of the backgrounds though. You can put your modded layer on top of your original layer and then mask out the bits you don't want to be warped.

ParticipantYep. Ok. That's fine. I thought she looked familiar. She's on YouTube as 87hockeychick35. I have followed some of her progress hoping she wouldn't give up. Here's the YouTube link. http://www.youtube.com/user/87hockeychick35
It's also on her Bodyspace page.
Yeah, she looks really amazing! She commented on her YouTube page that she wants to start a paysite one day. It's interesting that her ambition is that instead of competing.
