Just fantastic! Thank you for sharing.

It's hard to describe, but I really like the sort of idealized, artistic look you give to your morphs, especially the muscles. Makes it look more like a finely detailed airbrush piece rather than a photographic manipulation!

Alright! Cool new episode. I was starting to think my favorite show had been canceled  😉

You've been given some great advice so far, so I have very little to add

Just keep your new training schedule as simple as possible and make it part of your daily routine. That way you will have the best chance of keeping it up for the years it will take to make significant gains.

Start by doing a different body part each day of the week and aim for 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps for each exercise. You should always make sure you fail on the last rep and try to increase the weight between sets and sessions.

Collector is right in that weight training alone won't get rid of fat. You'll have to add some aerobic exercise to your training and may need to change to a low fat diet. I would also like to add that it's a common misconception that you have to eat loads and loads of protein to build muscle. You do need some protein with each meal, but carbs are the basic building block the body needs to make muscle. Some people advocate 5-6 smaller meals a day when trying to build muscle.

You might even want to book a personal trainer for you both, to set up a schedule for you and take you through some basic exercises. Once you've got the basics down, you can then go on and train yourselves.

Lastly, I would stay clear of sites and magazines with huge, drug-induced physiques plastered all over them. I found the wikipedia entry on this topic to be quite informative:

Thanks for posting all of these pics AlexG. I have become a massive fan of hers through her videos on YouTube. It's good to see she's no less impressive in the still format. What I like about her is she is not afraid to do the full on most-muscular pose, and is proof that it is only as masculine as the person doing it.

I personally don't think it's fixed. Just think about the numbers involved. Even if you vote 100 times, your votes will not affect the first decimal place as long as the total number of votes is greater than 100,000, which it more than likely is. I would say that 8.5 % of the Heroes audience liking buff chicks is pretty much in line with opinions I see expressed in society and on the internet. If anything, it's a bit higher than I would have expected.

Wow, thanks for that little taste. The movement is very fluid and realistic.

I do have a few nit-picks that you can feel free to cast aside.  I think it would look slightly more natural if her tricep smoothed out a bit more at full flex. That way you would get more sense of the opposing motion between the bicep and tricep. Also, the point of the elbow should rotate more around the pivot point so it goes up and outwards a bit as the arm flexes. And yes, I've watched a lot of rear bicep flex clips  ;D.

Wow, if you drew that just from your head, then that is incredible! I also like how you challenged yourself by choosing such a difficult pose with the twist in the torso.

It would be nice. I like to work with the promotional pictures, but since I don't have one…

I will accept your caps if you make some:)

I take it you've seen this site?

If there's a publicity shot of Leia in her metal bikini on the web, then this site should have it. There are some fairly high res scans, but it depends on the pose you're after, of course.

I will try and make some caps anyway, and I think you will be surprised by the quality. After all, it's pretty much equivalent to scanning a slide, at 1914×818 resolution, using the best equipment money can buy.
Here are some examples made by someone else of some other scenes

Sorry to get so far off topic. Back to the super-strong Michelle Ryan everybody.

Yeah, that's a super morph. Good job!

It would take a transition like that for me to keep watching the show, I'm afraid.

very nice Solarian, hmmmm I'm wondering when we will see a morphed Slave Princess Leia since you seem to be a star wars fan Wink

I want to do that. I searched the web literally for weeks, but I couldn't find a good quality picture. All of them are small, grainy scanned pictures…

Well, that sucks. Channel 10 in Australia are running a Star Wars festival at the moment and should be playing Return of the Jedi Saturday week. I can do a few HDTV caps if you want.

I like how calling us freaks still didn't stop them use them using a picture of a female bodybuilder to help sell the article.

Unfortunately, labeling it doesn't really help understand it though. My theory is that all stuff like this is genetic, and you're pretty much born with it. Also, I'm convinced that there's a connection between a woman's desire to get big and muscular and a man's attraction to it. There's got to be a singular evolutionary reason that drives both behaviors.
