    Brian, I think you’re copying the wrong links from ImageShack, it looks like you’ve used the "Direct" link to the thumbnail, whereas you need to use the "Forums" thumbnail code. (Unless your images actually are 100×130 pixels!)

    Thanks for pointing that out Lingster et al, I was so focussed on getting the biceps and chest to look reasonable that I just did not look at anything else.

    Everything below the neck is morphed in this pic, I know the right arm sort of blurrs away into the distance and should be tidied up but what about the rest of it? Do you mean all the edges?

    The original pic was only 26kB so if I make hard edges I get ////// so I used the softening tool and got , well, unsharp edges. Any suggestions? (Other than get a bigger original)
