Yes, you can buy them, but only as downloadable scanned photo sets (or video clips, too), not the bundled photo-packs that they once offered years ago and have been long discontinued.  If you're looking for those, you'll have to try eBay and set up a permanent search to alert you when someone is disposing of them.
