ParticipantWell lets just hope they have some plot quality this time, and actual endings, not like those monologues in Armaggedon…
Agreed. That was my only real complaint with MKA, was the ending merely being a voiceover while the chosen character did katas.
…Not that I didn't love seeing my girl Sheeva showing off her moves and that awesome body in her ending, mind you, just that it would've been cool as well to actually see her as the "goddess of destruction" her ending said she became…

ParticipantThere was a Bionic Woman on NBC?
(Yup, it was THAT forgettable.)

ParticipantJust saw an advert for it on WE, while Mom was flipping the channels. …Yeah, I'm definitely gonna be watching it!

ParticipantMan-Killer? Ooh, subtle. ::)

ParticipantThe fact that She-Hulk is almost ALWAYS undermuscled does not particularly offend me; what offends me is that her cousin, who got his strength from the same source, has grown muscles while she has not. Equity would be a nice switch, although I don't see it as likely.
And now, in rebuttal of this, I give you Mr. Comic Book Editor.
"A woman with big muscles? That can never happen… if women start looking strong, then they can't be sexy and attract fanboys with their giant breasts and asses, coaxing the fan into buying the comic and giving us their money. If women grow muscles and attitudes instead of being vapid fanservice, they'll just start looking like men and anyone can tell you that fanboys who are attracted to women who look masculine are obviously gay, since that means they secretly like men. Now excuse me, I have to go turn She-Hulk into a skinny green bimbo before approving the latest Wolverine comic where he appears naked and sweat-shiny for three pages."
Ow… I think my sarcasm gland just cramped.

ParticipantI like what Spider-Man's doing on the Avengers #20 cover. Typical of him. 😀
Agreed. Classic oddball Spidey.
Then again, now that I look at it, with nothing but themselves to compare to scale, this could just as easily be "World's Tiniest Avengers" as it could be "Giant Girl".

ParticipantPecs are good, yes, but like others have said, pecs vs. breasts is largely what defines the perception of "male torso" vs. "female torso".
So, yeah, definitely breasts. Bare pecs without any bosom is a "man chest" no matter what color of bikini you put on it.

ParticipantAs one of the (very rare) fans of female dwarves, I'm a bit disappointed that Minder got turned into a generic Amazonian human in her new metallic form.
Mind you, I normally love Amazonian women, but female dwarves are enough of a rarity that, in my opinion, they ought to be retained as they are. Not all dwarven women need to be bearded, fat, or, as a friend of mine calls it, "mule-kicked ugly". Many can be damn sexy.
Dwarven women tend to have similar weight to Human women, but proportioned in a distinctively more-compact frame. That's gotta count for a fair measure of muscle (and ample bustline), right? Any fat they may have likely would just be a natural adaptation to tolerate the dank and cold environs of the mountainous areas where they live.

ParticipantAh, them were the days of the uberbuffed She-Hulkie, unfortunately it looks like we're coming into a period of soda-straw armed She-Hulkie, at least by way of the cover of #29, due out in May '08. 8)

This is it, the return of…the Savage She-Hulk?! Three months ago, Jennifer Walters – known throughout her career in the Marvel Universe as a high-profile lawyer – was disbarred. But why? Who engineered the scandal that resulted in our heroine losing the one thing that has defined her for so long? Time to answer all the questions…as a controversial side of the jade giantess erupts once again!… 😮 …you gotta be fucking kidding me.

ParticipantI have a group that plays changeling and thr GM said that he is eventually going to allow a mage and a Prometheans . and every has agreed that I got dibs on the Prometheans. Suh WEEET! I'm gonna get to play Franken Girl eventually.
Grats. Since I'm not gonna get the chance, it seems, feel free to use my idea as inspiration. At least with a fellow FMG lover, I can rest assured she'll end up a bold buff babe, even if she IS held together with staples and piano-wire.
