stevexyzParticipant
Just another of your highly typical weekend warrior babes. I’m constantly having to tell them to get out of my way every time I go outside. What a nuisance!
stevexyzParticipantI may be mistaken (and that would be a first, ha, ha) but I’m fairly certain some of my ideas have been used for illustrated comics here and there. Heck, I’ve even purchased some of them. In those cases though, I like it because it’s nice to see my ideas come to life, so to speak, even when unaccredited.
stevexyzParticipantI may read it, and thanks very much for the suggestion, but I tend to not read other people’s stories for fear I will copy their ideas into my own stories. This may not be a big deal to them, but I do not want to step on anyone’s toes. Also, I keep saying to myself, “Now why didn’t I think of that!!!”
stevexyzParticipantI’ll probably have to wait until it comes to Netflix.
stevexyzParticipantI met Clifford D. Simak and he autographed a 4th edition ACE paperback copy of CITY for me.
stevexyzParticipantAdd Orson Scott Card to that list.
I’ve read both FRIDAY and TIME ENOUGH FOR LOVE, and all I remember from both of them was the great American West Pilgrim Portion of TEFL.This has nothing to do with female muscle (unfortunately), but here’s a small portion of my Niven PAPERBACK collection:
stevexyzParticipantI thought early Niven novels and stories were very good to excellent, especially THE LEGACY OF HEOROT, but I found DESTINY’S ROAD and the few novels of his I tried after that one totally unreadable, so I stopped reading him.
stevexyzParticipantAll the editions have black and white sketches by Boris in them illustrating the story, although they are crude compared to the cover painting.
I read the book, but all I remember about it is being disappointed with the before and after descriptions of the serum or treatment or whatever the girl got.stevexyzParticipantHere are my copies of what should be grammatically correctly titled ACHILLES’S CHOICE (IMHO):
stevexyzParticipantSometimes being bad can be good.
Or at least, that’s what somebody told me once.
