I’m sure you’re trying to help, but I think it’s more complicated than that. The circumstances under which an American would say “yes it isn’t etc” are unusual, for example admitting something that someone else claimed. This is not to say it is wrong to use this form, but it doesn’t sound like colloquial american english. It certainly would normally be structured just exactly that way in some other languages though.[/quote]
