The Muffin man
ParticipantThis is probably gonna sound harsh, but stick to doing gigantic, or get used to drawing a working skeletal structure. Her body is literally impossible. Not because of the musculature, but because it's too thin. The muscles have no depth, and neither does the rest of the body. It's all just vein and muscular structure with no depth or meaning.
Also, the face is a bit too..2D. Like the head was drawn, and the face was pasted on there.

ParticipantOh man, Kulli's totally gonna have a field day with some of you >_>
The Muffin man
ParticipantThat is pretty clearly a woman.

Participant1) Do not flame female posters in what can be called 'a fetish oriented site revolving around females'. It's just bad and will probably make most of the female lurkers feel bad.
SOMEONE is FINALLY HONEST 😛
As for me? Two things that bug me:
A "victim" of FMG becoming insanely horny or violent. Suddenly, they've changed and they have to fuck/kill SOMETHING or they'll go nuts!I count that as two 😛

ParticipantAs for me, I prefer my trusty old Playstation 2 – I can play both games and DVDs on it, and it works like a wow.
Pssh, get with the times! Wii is where it's at.

ParticipantAt what point did I begin to HATE Kulli?
Just as a clarification: I never said that. Nor did I insinuate it.
Stop putting words into my mouth.

ParticipantFeet, dude. Why are you telling Kulli to calm down? CDR essentially said 'Ok move over, you don't have a clue what to do.' It's like if I told Lingster to stop adminning because I can run this place better. That's insulting. She didn't ASK for help at the beginning. Which brings up my next point.
Grandmaster: Stop trying to artificially insert drama. It's pretty clear who she was talking to. You were just fanning the flames and you know it.
If there's anything I think I've misunderstood, it's your level of input as the originator of the project. I'm understanding now that you're not interested in giving feedback or much in the way of suggestions. That's fine. But in future, it may serve you to realize that when you step up to initiate something, that makes you the leader–the person people look to for answers, however minute. Being the leader, despite what some of our politicos and neighbors may think, does not mean, "I tell you what you do, and you do it. See you next season!" I have experienced this time and time again doing on-line projects–somebody is quick to start something, but not so quick to accept their responsibilities as the administrative body, even when s/he is non-confrontationally questioned. Your last post belies your previously cavalier attitude about doing the thing.
She created the project.
She did not ask for any help.
She asked for people who wanted to to post their pictures of their girls with some basic info and a WHITE BACKGROUND. She later said she'd rather no have gigantic props blocking out anyone. She was, of course, understanding in that she didn't ask for this originally, but still asked for it.Yes, this project is your idea, but frankly, if Amaz0ns is not a venue for everyone (who the administrator allows to stay on) to share their ideas–what is the realpoint? (And to anyone else who may feel infringed upon for having their images manipulated by anyone within the context of this most public-oriented of topics might need to think about learning to get along with others better. Or perhaps go back to primary school and take better notes on Sharing and Cooperation.)
The real point is for Kulli to put the communities girls on a white background and showcase them together. She never asked for more than your characters.
This is not about Kulli not wanting someone to share their ideas. It's about Kulli being fully capable of being able to do this on her on and someone having the nerve to insinuate that he knows more. It's about Kulli asking someone to adhere to her major point of a white background and then later adding she also didn't want big, scene obstructing props(for god sake LOOK at K2. She's lying down. Don't you think that's to be fair to the OTHER artists?)
CDR apparently took this as an insult, and his attempt to "help" is, to me anyway, a clear attempt at making Kulli feel inferior. And then Grandmaster took this opportunity to take a cheap shot with that "Logical man emotional woman" crap, leading right into a huge post unloading unwarranted attacks on Kulli.
And yes this is biased. I LIKE Kulli. So I'm obviously on her side.

ParticipantI'll later be drawing size comparisons of various superheroines. I've almost finished drawing the male heroes, i.e. Superman and Capt. America.
But I wonder how I should approach cross comic comparisons. I've noticed many draw Caitlin Fairchild next to She-Hulk, or Power Girl. My work will feature three heroines on one page so I want to make each as different as possible, but fit. For example I want She-Hulk, next to Caitlin, next to Wonder Woman. I want She-Hulk to look the strongest, but is it fair to draw Fairchild with more muscles than Wonder Woman?
I really think you'd benefit from having Spider-man instead of Cyclops. It'd show the leanness of Spidey(Who's built his muscle through acrobatic style exercises, and thus has leaner longer muscles, not bulky ones).
As for the girls, She-Hulk should be the tallest and buffest, as Wonder Womans power is magically endowed and Caitlin, while strong, is already drawn as lean so there's no real "evening out".
That's scrawny B*** super girl should not be lifting a tank without an inkling of muscle mass!
If a character focuses on using magic or energy blasts from a distance without strength, that character should be scrawnier!
She's stronger than her cousin, so it'd be rather hard to build muscle at that strength 😛
As for the blaster comment? That makes no senses. Why wouldn't guys like Human Torch and Cyclops work out so they're not completely screwed? Well, Cyclops DOES anyway. He's one of the top martial artists in the world.

ParticipantEVERYTHING here is a contest…a contest for popularity.
Jon
So take Lings advice and remove yourself from the running?

ParticipantI spent three hours tonight playing Ultimate Alliance. I had a team comprised of Ms. Marvel, Spider-Woman, Storm and Elektra. How cool is that!?
Man Lingster that is the worst team ever 😛
