ParticipantContender.
She hasn't won quite yet.And if it's anything like ours, she'll get turned down because she has a clue what she's talking about when she talks about war for the perky blond.
Although if its EXACTLY like America, she can always cry that people didn't like her being a bigot and get media attention for it.

ParticipantHer name is freaking Caroline Wang for chrissake. We had to have seen this coming.

ParticipantThis is probabaly way out of place in this thread, but after reading her posts, and those of her bodybuilding friends, I see an incredible mental similarity between her bodybuilding pitfalls, and what a lot of artists, including myself go through from time to time. It's almost as if the only thing different is the outlet this "muse", for lack of a better way to describe it, is expressed.
"Everything I write sucks, why do I freaking bother"?
Yeah I've had those. And unfortunately those can't be helped by others. As much as we'd love to help Cindy, if that IS what she's going through, it's impossible to help her. It's a purely personal deal when that happens. At least it is to me and my writer-friends. (And not for lack of trying to help/get help of course).

ParticipantConsidering she looks like (a way buffer version of) my girlfriend, I think I get first dibs over both of you :p

ParticipantThere was nothing positive, interesting, funny, or intriguing about this episode. If you laughed even once I beseech you to commit yourself as you are clearly insane.
or 9.

ParticipantThis show is not worth it, I'm warning you now.

ParticipantT-nation.com will have all the information you want about that.
Look for the article entitled "A Question Of Strength". It's precisely your question.
The chart linked above is alright up to a point, but it has a glaring flaw, which is that it's based on bodyweight. Bodyweight is one of the most meaningless statistics in existence, when taken in a vacuum. The chart makes absolutely no sense because it relies on bodyweight as the prime parameter. It fails to take into account body composition, bone density, etc.
Not to mention, like BMI calculators, body weight isn't always a good answer for health or fitness.
A skinny man who weighs 150 is unquestionably weaker than a male fitness competitor of the same height, age, and weight.

ParticipantOh, sure – you can say of pretty much all big characters like Batman, Superman, The Hulk etc. have had that. It's pretty much inevitable given the time the characters have been around. The problem She-Hulk has is, there isn't anything that can be seen as… a definitive She-Hulk. With the Hulk, most people would quickly turn to the "Hulk smash" before they went into the Green Scar, Mr. Fixit, Professor etc. Those are of course, aspects – but there's an iconic quality to the aforementioned. I mean, we've had a whole mess of Batmans but people will probably always hold up the brooding Dark Knight Bob Kane type interpretation.
She-Hulk just doesn't have that. There's no quintessential She-Hulk costume or character… Although, I suppose we've moved closer to that of late… With the purple and white unitard and She-Hulk being a bad ass brawler… with quipping!
And Domino… well, the MYSTERY OF THE SHE-RULK! Will presumably run for a while and do what the original issues with Rulk did and introduce a number of potential suspects. I hope that Loeb manages to do a better job a second time round… scant hope.
And I hope that Barbara Fletcher knocks on my door and announce her undying love for me. But it ain't gonna happen 😉

ParticipantSorry, TMM, you're not getting it. If her now husband is a BBer himself, he must have expected her to get bigger, especially as she was going for a Pro card. So why wait until she has it to decide that he doesn't want her to compete any more? It doesn't make sense. As Alex said, her blog posts made it clear that she fell out of love with the palaver and demands of being a Pro BBer – it is an intense and disruptive lifestyle. Good luck to her and her husband; and, as Alex G says, she will probably stay buff as part of her lifestyle but will no longer train for contests. She's a sad loss to the stage, but I think she will live to be glad of her decision.
Because he's a bodybuilder and therefore doesn't want his wife upstaging him?
I'm not getting it, and yet you assume a male bodybuilder is totally okay with his wife overshadowing him.

ParticipantIf you look at this preview that IGN put up they introduce somebody who is not a Hulk, using a big gun like She-Rulk, and who's wearing a similar outfit to She-Rulk, only without the rips and tears. I wonder if this means we'll be seeing a TF.

http://media.comics.ign.com/media/021/021370/img_6986322.htmlWow this is complete trite.
Loeb has decided to go after "Well what about a character like Domino whose powers don't revolve around beating opponents through sheer strength or speed?"
Also: "OH HEY I'M ALSO SUPER SMART NOW"God I hate Rulk.
