    Sony HDRCX106 – an awesome camera, with Carl Zeiss (!) optics, max video resolution: 2304 x 1728 (beyond full HD!)

    560 bucks…

    The only HDRCX I found was off a European website.  From the pictures I saw that is definitely not a camera a professional would be using.  I doubt claims that it is as awesome as you say it is.

    Ha! Ha!  I'm sorry, I meant to say that the footage looks like it was shot in HD.  I'm not sure what Solarian is talking about.  😀

    Colette just recently did a radio show interviewing Kris Murrell.  Actually what I think she's doing now is more behind the scenes stuff like tanning bodybuilders and training them.  I THINK maybe she's the main DJ for the radio show she has which I don't remember the name of, but she's still keeping busy.  Her most recent public viewing was being She-Hulk in the McCain Girl spoof but other than that I think she's keeping a profile in other areas.

    I have that same exact camera.  It shoots in both standard definition and HD 1440, if it's not set to HDV it won't record in HD.  But from the screencap the video footage looks fine to me.

    2,000 dollars for a pro-sumer HD camera is not cheap!
