TC2ParticipantNo offense, but I'm not sure if people would be getting their money's worth if they bought Marlenne's pictures. The anatomy and proportions are way off, I wouldn't pay money for that.
TC2ParticipantJeez she was so young! It's a shame how she went, I remember seeing her pictures and the like all over the place. Very beautiful woman, terrible way to go.
TC2ParticipantI don't know about you but Xiang is the Cloud character, and "she" personally looks waaaaay too masculine for me. I would think that the FMG would look more like MMG. If he did a bit more than just color the hair green and put boobs on. I definitely would have voted.
TC2ParticipantKristy Hawkin's is the equivalent of Bruce Banner in my book, without the mental baggage. She's a brilliant researcher who could probably invent some kind of gene therapy to make her more muscular. (Not that she needs it) But she's brilliant and beautiful and that's just simply sexy.
TC2ParticipantI have some trouble understanding why anyone would seek female growth fiction for other than erotic fantasy. I truly don't want to offend anyone here and you have a great many posters who agree with you but don't you all read this stuff for some erotic/sexual end?
I meant to respond to this earlier, Pixxie quote reminded me to address that.
I actually do -not- read storeis for the erotic/sexual end and I will tell you why. Why would I read a story about female muscle growth to get a rise out of it, when I can simply draw a picture or create an animation to do that for me? After all I'd much rather prefer to SEE the process happen, rather than have it described to me. For me that's more satisfying visually, so why read about it?
So when I actually take the time to read a lengthy story, which is really hard to get me to do in the first place. I'm looking for the content, sometimes people's reviews of the story convince me to give it a read, sometimes just the title of it alone is enough to suck me in. But once I read that first sentence, if I continue reading then that's it I'm going to the end, unless there is a horrific pacing issue and suddenly I lose interest.
But I'm not reading it for the erotic pleasure of it, I'm just reading because I'm hoping to see a compelling story that I could visualize in my mind. Obviously once the character transforms I will be excited about it, but I'm not reading it for that. I'm reading it because it's a story I'm interested, has themes I like, and just has my interest. Not because I want to be saluted by the soldier.
In fact, I've come to notice that for me the animations and the stories are less about the excitement and more about the compelling characters and extraordinary circumstances they face. I -used- to do it for the excitement all the time, but as I got older and stayed with the community longer; it suddenly wasn't as much of a priority anymore. Was more of a bonus rather than an objective.
Sure you put a picture of a muscular women in front of me, or a well written FMG story in front of me that special aspect will always appear. But unlike everyone else, the motive is not there; it's more about wanting to read a quality story than to have some sort of self gratification.
But as it is now, just getting me to read something is a challenge in of itself, but it must have been a pretty good story if you got me to read it. Even better if you got me to comment on it!
TC2ParticipantThat's not necessarily true.
Some writers desire to hear the praise from the fans and the people reading, to hear them discuss their story or to just simply read all the wonderful comments. It's not always writing for their own pleasure, in fact. For me I've been working on my damn FMG animation for a good 6 years now and if it were up to me I would NOT have continued working on the animation.
I would have simply said "Screw it, project over." But I didn't, the -only- reason I'm continuing working on the animation is because the fans have been waiting patiently for it and I told them I would do it, so I am. I've wanted to give up and not continue drawing the animation many times, but I felt obligated to the fans to finish what I started. So it's definitely not about my own pleasure, because if it were up to me I'd stop working on the animation period.
So it definitely is for the fans, now that's obviously not a majority of the people, but it also doesn't mean that everyone does it for self satisfaction.
TC2ParticipantI don't think the question is whether the XXX material has recently appeared. I think it's more of a question as to why it's included in so many stories.
For all the years I've been around I've seen some stories which have had no XXX related material and only involved with just the growth aspect while demonstrating some feats of strength. Some stories dive right into the XXX and start describing every little facet of the process, while some stories ignore it and go into strength feats, showing off, or heaven forbid actually have some kind of plot!?
For those of us who don't want to read about descriptive sex scenes, where are those stories? So far the only one I read on here that didn't have any sex was the one with Wonderwoman and Superman. All it was, was Wonderwoman showing off her incredible muscles to Superman, but they never went into the XXX territory.
That was an interesting and well written story, so where are the other stories that are like that?
I've found I've had to create my own, but that makes me niche specific because I only tend to write about heroes and villains, and coping with drastic changes in life. I find stories like that interesting, so where are the rest of those stories that don't involve sexual content?
I think that's the main issue, and I probably don't read much of the stories on here because they all devolve into the same old sex scenes that I've seen written tons of times before.
There should be more stories that focus less on the sex and on the other aspects. There's too many sex monster stories, where's the diversity?
TC2ParticipantWell that definitely listed one of the reasons I avoid reading certain stories that are posted here. Everything tends to be ridiculously sexual in nature and man does that get old for me.
I know that for me, when I'm writing a story the sexual content is either non existent or kept to a bare minimum unless it's important to the story which it rarely is. The sex in my opinion is almost too formulaic, it makes the stories predictable and turns them into porn videos, all self satisfaction with very little substance.
Personally for me, it's more interesting to see the kinds of situations characters get into and how they will resolve the issue. What's going to happen next in their lives? How are their lives going to change? How much more depth lies beneath the surface of their personalities? I can read about sex anytime I want, it's the internet. I'd rather read about these people who are going through extraordinary circumstances and how they cope.
But that's just me.
TC2ParticipantI need to hire a better publicity team, my group always seems to miss out on getting a mention!

TC2ParticipantWhat a fantastic body yet…
There is something eerily, FAKE about the picture. Must be the lighting because that head does not look like it belongs on that body!
